Despite what the insurance industry would like you to believe, there are thousands of innocent victims wrongfully injured or killed who need and use trial lawyers to get justice. Mary Noel Golder takes special pride in her efforts to fight for those who cannot fight for themselves.
Having practiced law for over thirty-one (31) years, she brings her considerable legal skills, persistence and her perspective to personal injury cases of all kinds. Mary Noel's trial law experience includes representing victims of car/motorcycle/pedestrian wrecks, injuries on private and business premises, injuries on the job, dog bite injuries, nursing home abuse, and other types of injury cases.
Her courtroom and settlement victories not only compensate the injured, they help improve the standard of care by making it expensive for wrongdoers to act dangerously. "I enjoy my work because it helps people. Personal injury attorneys are one of the tools society uses to protect itself from harm-doers," she says.
