Carlos Rodriguez is no stranger to hard work or success, qualities that help make him an effective attorney when he fights for the rights of people who have been injured in an accident or mistreated by an insurance company.  "We care for our clients and take an interest in their lives, which is why we work hard to make sure our clients are treated fairly by insurance companies.  I am proud of the work we do at Webb, Stokes & Sparks."

Carlos was born and raised in San Angelo and graduated from Central High School.  He then graduated summa cum laude from Angelo State University.  Finally, Carlos earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law at Austin.

While at law school, Carlos served on the University of Texas School of Law Admissions Committee and as a member of the Student Recruitment and Orientation Committee. He was also a member of the Chicano Hispanic Law Students Association and the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law and Policy.

After Graduating from law school in 2003, Carlos returned home to San Angelo and joined Webb, Stokes & Sparks as an associate attorney.  In 2008, Carlos became partner at Webb, Stokes & Sparks.

Since joining Webb, Stokes & Sparks, Carlos has gained invaluable experience by trying several cases to a jury verdict and litigating a variety of claims, which include car crashes, 18-wheeler crashes, bicycle and pedestrian cases, premises cases, dog bite/dog attack cases, workplace injury cases, oil-field injury cases, wrongful death and survivorship cases, insurance claims, and other personal injury cases.

He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys a variety of sports and travel.

Carlos Rodriguez was admitted to State Bar of Texas in 2003.  He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas and the United States District Court, Western District of Texas. President of the Tom Green County Bar Association, 2010-2011.  Serves as a Member of the State Bar of Texas, District 15-A Grievance Committee (State Bar committee governing conduct of attorneys).  Member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association, The American Association for Justice, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
