As a father of five children, Max Parker believes strongly in family values. Max understands that when one family member is injured or killed, the whole family is affected.

Max is ready to pursue justice for those persons and families who are injured by the few who do not respect the rights and lives of others. When the reckless are held accountable for the harm they do, responsible members of society benefit.

Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in personal injury law, Max's practice includes all areas of personal injury law, with special experience in wrongful death claims, oil field accidents, alcohol related incidents, truck wrecks, and accidents involving train crossings
and electrical shock.

Family and faith are core elements of Max's character. In his work as an attorney and his life beyond the firm, he promotes decency, integrity, fairness, and concern for others--not just to address problems of today, but to help forge a better, safer future for everyone.

Max's commitment to promoting a better community goes well beyond his success as a personal injury attorney. He is a leader in his church and community. As an elected Trustee of the San Angelo Independent School District, Max is dedicated to academic excellence for all students in San Angelo. Since 1991, he has headed the Christian Breakfast Fellowship, an interdenominational Christian organization started by Aubrey D. Stokes, a founding partner of Webb, Stokes & Sparks. Max was also president of Angelo Catholic School school board from 1992-1997. He was chosen as Member of the Year by the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce in 2003 and was Chairman of the State Bar of Texas District 15A Grievance Committee in 2001-2002.
