Why Choose Webb, Stokes & Sparks?
We Know What We're Talking About
When legal specialization became possible in 1978, Tom Webb and Sam Sparks were among the first attorneys in Texas to earn specialization in the field of personal injury trial law. All of our current partners are Board Certified Trial Specialists in personal injury law, a distinction held by fewer than 2% of all attorneys in Texas.
Our lawyers conduct continuing legal education presentations around the state. In other words, we teach other lawyers about all aspects of personal injury lawsuits and wrongful death claims.
We operate on the cutting edge of law office management and technology, thus providing clients with responsive, professional representation. We are recognized statewide as an innovator in the use of legal assistants and paralegals. We call upon an extensive network of investigative and expert witness. In fact, we employ more than thirty other highly trained individuals to assist on your case.
We do more than take cases to court: we provide practical assistance with everyday problems relating to your injury, damages and insurance. We help clients obtain medical treatment and deal with their auto and health insurance company. We help clients recover lost wages for missed work.
