Inspired by Family and Faith
“All we ask for is a level playing field. All we seek is justice."
As the father of five children, Max Parker strongly believes in family values. Max understands that when one family member is injured or killed, the whole family is affected. Max pursues justice for those persons and families who are injured by the few who do not respect the rights and lives of others. Board certified in personal injury law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Max's practice includes all areas of personal injury law, with special experience in wrongful death claims, oilfield accidents, alcohol-related incidents, truck wrecks, accidents involving train crossings, and electrical shock.
Family and faith are core elements of Max's character. In his work as an attorney and in his life outside of the firm, he promotes decency, integrity, fairness, and concern for others — not just to address the problems of today, but to help forge a better, safer future for tomorrow. Max understands that his reputation is his most valuable asset and he is proud to have earned an AV Preeminent peer review rating by Martindale- Hubbell®/LexisNexis — the highest rating possible in both legal ability and ethical standards.
He is a leader in his church and community. As an elected trustee of the San Angelo Independent School District, Max is dedicated to academic excellence for all students in San Angelo. Since 1991, Max has headed the Christian Breakfast Fellowship, an interdenominational Christian organization started by Aubrey Stokes, a founding partner of Webb, Stokes and Sparks. He is also active in the Catholic Cursillo and Walk to Emmaus.
